Delete your data

Hoblio is a local-first hobby shelf published by MOODOOS LLC. Most data you create in Hoblio stays on your device. This page explains how to remove it, and how to request deletion of the small amount of data we receive on our servers.

Data stored on your device

Hoblio keeps your hobbies, pieces, notes, usage logs, local profile (display name and optional avatar photo), currency preference, theme preference, and any photos you added on your device only.

To delete all of it at once:

This permanently removes all of the data above from this device. There is no recovery — the data is not synced anywhere.

You can also uninstall Hoblio. Uninstalling removes all local data along with the app.

Data we receive on our servers

The only data Hoblio ever sends off your device is the contents of an in-app feedback message, if and when you choose to submit one. With each feedback submission we receive:

We do not collect names, email addresses, device identifiers, or any other identifying information through this submission. We use a hosted backend (Supabase) to receive these messages so we can read and respond to them.

How to request deletion of server-side data

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my feedback". To help us find your records, include any of the following that you remember:

We will delete the matching records and confirm by email within fourteen (14) days. We retain server logs (timestamps, IP addresses) for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention; these are automatically purged afterwards.

What is kept after deletion

After we process a deletion request, nothing is kept beyond the standard short-term server logs described above. We do not keep anonymised copies, backups, or analytics derived from your data.
