These guides suggest hobby-specific details you may choose to write manually in Notes. They do not present those suggestions as special fields, automatic lookups, or verified data.

Three rules for a catalog that lasts
- Start with built-in fields. A name and photo are enough. Brand, model, status, purchase details, Notes, and use history can follow.
- Keep cost and use separate. Hoblio's daily ownership cost is the purchase price divided by days owned. The Use count is a separate record, not part of that calculation.
- Label manual details honestly. Hobby-specific specifications belong in Notes. Hoblio does not fetch, verify, authenticate, or value them.
