Is Hoblio free?
Yes — Hoblio is free to start: one hobby, ten pieces, and unlimited notes and works. Hoblio Pro is an optional one-time purchase (US$9.99) that unlocks unlimited hobbies and pieces. There is no subscription.
Is there a subscription?
No. Hoblio Pro is a one-time purchase, yours for good. You shouldn't have to pay every month to keep a list of things you already own.
Does Hoblio need an account?
No. There's no account and no sign-up. You open the app and start adding your shelf. Everything stays on your device.
Where is my data stored? Does it sync to the cloud?
Hoblio is local-first: your hobbies, pieces, notes, usage logs, and photos live on your device. There's no Hoblio-operated cloud sync today. You can export a backup file yourself anytime and keep it somewhere you trust.
Is my data private?
Yes. No account, no cloud, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party tracking. The only thing that ever leaves your device is an in-app feedback message — and only if you choose to send one.
What hobbies does Hoblio support?
More than seventy ready-made hobby templates — coffee, watches, photography, golf, mechanical keyboards, vinyl, board games, fountain pens, and many more — plus you can add a hobby of your own.
What is the daily cost?
Add what a piece cost, and Hoblio quietly divides it by the days you have owned it — a daily cost that gets smaller the longer a piece stays with you. Together with the use counter, it shows which things you reach for and which have gone cold. No lecture, just the number.
Is there an Android version?
Hoblio is available on iPhone and iPad today. An Android version is in the works.
Does Hoblio have ads?
No ads, ever. Hoblio is a calm, private place for your hobbies, not an advertising surface.
What languages does Hoblio support?
Ten languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
